Only by your own answers. For a few documents the price depends on a choice you make, such as 3 or 5 years on a driver’s licence, the passport booklet, or the number of directors you change. The price on screen follows those answers until you submit, then it is fixed and that is exactly what you are charged. If an agency changes its fee later, it doesn’t affect a filing you have already submitted.

Yes. The price you see includes VAT. Your receipt shows how it breaks down: the government fee, our service fee and the VAT on it. No VAT is added to the government fee.

You can cancel a draft any time before you pay, and nothing is charged. After paying, email [email protected] before the partner firm submits your filing, and we refund our service fee in full. Once the agency has your filing, the government fee can’t be refunded. If a filing fails because of our error, we refund our service fee, and the government fee where the agency can reverse it.
