Docufy operates as your authorised filing agent on each agency portal. We never claim authority to give legal advice — for that, work with a lawyer of your choice.

If the rejection is on you (missing or wrong information), the government fee is non-refundable. The service-fee policy is published at the point of purchase. If the platform is at fault, both fees are refunded in full.

Open it in your vault and create a share link. You can set an expiry (24h, 7d, 30d, never) and add a password. Recipients can also verify authenticity at /verify/<token>.

We are NDPR-compliant. Documents in your vault are envelope-encrypted. Personal IDs are hashed and salted. Every admin action touching your data is visible in your filing audit trail.
