Most documents need no office visit. Driver’s licence, passport and police character certificates need one visit for fingerprints or a photo, and so do some NIN changes. The form tells you before you pay.

Each document shows a target time in business days before you start. The agency sets the final pace. You can follow every step on your phone, and we email you when you pay, when something needs fixing and when your document is ready.

The partner firm flags it and we email you. The note tells you exactly what to change. You fix it on your phone and send it back, and you don’t start again.

On Flutterwave’s checkout, by card, bank transfer, USSD, QR or OPay. You enter card details on Flutterwave’s page, so Docufy never sees your card number. Your itemised receipt comes by email.

You can cancel a draft any time before you pay, and nothing is charged. After paying, email [email protected] before the partner firm submits your filing, and we refund our service fee in full. Once the agency has your filing, the government fee can’t be refunded. If a filing fails because of our error, we refund our service fee, and the government fee where the agency can reverse it.

Open it in your vault and create a share link. Choose when it stops working (after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or never) and add a password if you like. Every delivered document also has a verify link that anyone can open without an account.

Your files are stored encrypted, each with its own key. Only the partner firm handling your filing and authorised Docufy staff can open them. Anyone else needs a share link from you, and you choose when it expires. We handle personal data in line with the NDPR and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
