Renewals

Renew government documents online in Nigeria.

Driver's licence, vehicle licence, passport, CAC annual return, FIRS TCC: the documents you have to renew on a schedule. See the price before you start, fill the form on your phone, and follow every step.

The problem

Why Nigerian documents keep expiring on you.

Each agency has its own portal, its own deadline and its own paperwork. Miss one and a tender bid or visa application can stall.

Many of the documents you rely on run on their own renewal cycles: a driver's licence every three or five years, a vehicle licence every year, a passport every five or ten years, and yearly tax and company filings. They expire in different months, with different papers each time.

Docufy puts each renewal on your phone. You see the price and target time before you start, the form saves as you go, and a vetted partner firm does the running around. For yearly and monthly filings we deliver, we email you about two weeks before the next one is due.

Questions

Common questions about renewals.

Can I renew my driver's licence online without going to FRSC?

Not entirely. Renewal needs one visit to an FRSC capture centre for your photo and fingerprints. The form, the payment and the booking all happen on your phone through Docufy.

How do I renew my Nigerian passport in 2026?

You apply, pay, then attend one biometric appointment at a passport office. On Docufy you fill the form and upload your documents on your phone. A vetted partner firm checks them, books your capture and submits the application, and you follow every step until your passport is ready.

Does the CAC annual return count as a renewal?

It is a yearly filing rather than a renewal, but it works the same way: a deadline every year, penalties for filing late, and a PDF with a verify link at the end. If we delivered this year’s return, we email you about two weeks before the next one is due.

What is the FIRS TCC renewal cycle?

The tax clearance certificate from the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS), formerly FIRS, covers the last three years of assessment and usually expires on 31 December of the year it is issued, so most companies renew it every year. If we delivered your TCC, we email you about two weeks before the next one is due.

Can I renew several documents at once?

Yes. Each document is its own filing, with its own price, target time and timeline, so you can run several side by side. Each form saves as you go, so you can start one and come back to it.

What happens if my document has already expired?

You can still renew an expired driver's licence, vehicle licence or passport. Driving on an expired licence or expired papers risks a fine, so renew as soon as you can.

Renew it before it lapses.

See the price first, fill the form on your phone, and let the partner firm do the running around.
